Cancellation Policy
Please note that any cancellation within a 24-hour time period will require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit in order to secure another appointment. Additionally, deposits will be taken upon new client appointment reservations for most chemical services (e.g. balayage, full-head highlight, shadow root, etc.), as well as for full sets of eyelash extensions.
